Dear Sundance Film Festival,

The dates of your festival are, as it turns out, not convenient for me and my work schedule. It's simply an inopportune time. Next month would be better for me.

I'd like to kindly request that you push the dates back by at least four weeks so I can better manage my stress level.

Let me know when you have made the sufficient changes so I can contact Delta airlines and reschedule my flight. In the event you cannot honor my request, I shall see you tomorrow anyway.
